I take prepaid dollars seriously and handle them with care and responsibility. Prepaid amounts are used when the session is provided, not in advance, so there is no preferential scheduling of any kind. Discounts are given with scheduling terms and renewal agreements, which are disclosed with the original purchase and updated annually on September 1st. To help you receive the best price for your scheduling preferences:
- Weeks are determined by my work calendar (Sunday-Thursday), not a specific number of days.
- Please use all massages by the expiration date.
- Scheduling in advance or setting a standing appointment time is recommended to receive the best days & times. I take no responsibility if there is a wait to be seen.
- Expired balances can be used towards any current or full price session of equal length for one-year, after which remaining balances may be forfeited.
- Extensions will be given for time as needed with medical circumstances, emergencies, and if I must cancel appointments.
- Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase, and if I'm unable to provide the service for 6 months or more.
- Prepaid sessions are subject to:
- Annual price increases.
- Late cancellation & no-show policies apply.
If you cannot use, or choose not to use your package:
- The remaining balance can be gifted to someone else, by the expiration date, upon request. Please contact me with the person's name, telephone number, and email address. The amount will apply to the price they normally pay. Prepaid gratuity will apply towards gratuity.
