Most massage businesses offer a 50-minute hour, but I’ve always made sure to give the full time for each appointment. In 2021, to keep this standard while dealing with COVID-19 challenges, I started scheduling 30 minutes between sessions. This gave me more flexibility but also meant seeing fewer clients each day or working longer hours.
To make the most of my schedule and reduce business losses, I’ve recently gone back to 15 minutes between clients. This time includes greetings, consultations, getting on and off the table, dressing, booking future sessions, and handling payments.
Even with a tighter schedule, your experience is still my top priority. I never want your visit to feel rushed. Thanks for your support and understanding as I manage a schedule that’s often booked back-to-back.

It is not uncommon for clients to leave personal items behind after their massage. I will immediately contact you if I notice you have left something behind in my treatment room. Rest assured that what is left behind will be safeguarded, until it is returned to you.
Items left outside of my studio (restroom, lobby, etc.) cannot be safeguarded, and I take no responsibility for those items.
