Preset/Standing appointments:

These appointments are reserved for clients who want to schedule ahead or have standing appointments in my book. Appointments during major holiday weeks may be affected. Please schedule alternative appointments in advance whenever possible. I appreciate your support!

Spontaneous/As Needed appointments:

These appointments are filled on a first come, first served basis, with no preferential scheduling. Please take this into consideration when scheduling packages, gift certificates, or other discounted offers.

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure I have adequate time to fill openings and manage administrative tasks around my business hours, I have updated the required cancellation notice period to 48 hours (formerly 24 hours).

Appointment Reminders & Confirmations:

Reminders are sent 3–5 business days in advance to allow sufficient time for schedule adjustments.
Once you confirm, no further reminders are sent unless requested.
Following confirmation, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees:
While I understand that emergencies and unforeseen illnesses and injuries occur—and all circumstances will be considered—the following fees will apply when warranted:

Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50%–100% of the session price.
No-shows: 100% of the session price.

Fees may be deducted from prepaid packages/gift certificates or paid via Zelle, credit/debit card, or telephone.

Illness Policy:

While fees are generally waived with illness, this policy is not meant to be a substitute for timely cancellations. Please contact me as soon as you know you are ill or feeling under the weather.

Clients are not seen (and I do not work) under the following circumstances, unless medically cleared as not being contagious. Please contact me in advance to postpone your session with any of the following:

When actively ill or with lingering symptoms (less than 10 days from the onset).
When feeling unusually under the weather, as the contagious period for colds & flu can begin two days before you become noticeably ill.
If you have been knowingly exposed to anything contagious, until the incubation period has passed. This includes exposure from travel or large gatherings and events.

Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the appointment with the full fee.

Unless I am informed that you are on your way, if more than 15 minutes of waiting pass, the session may be marked as a no-show and billed in full. There are times when I may leave the premises, especially if it is the last appointment of the day.

In the event that I run late, you will either receive the full time or be provided with a credit toward your massage that day, if extending the session is not possible.
